Your myrow membership (either monthly or annual options) gives you access to our library of content with follow-along videos, pre-set workouts, training plans, challenges, group rows and the ability to create your own workouts. You can add and follow friends and engage with other members in the myrow community.
Yes, you can set up multiple profiles under one subscription so that each user's data will be tracked and saved separately.
Most apps just program your PM5. We receive data from your PM5, with all of the programming done within the myrow app, and is not subject to many of the limitations of the PM5.
There is a 30-day risk-free return period, which means you can use myrow and see if it's right for you. If you decide to return the tablet, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived, along with the mounting arm, tools and hardware, and we will send you a return label for shipping. There are no restocking or shipping return fees. Except for damage caused by a user, you will receive a full refund.
Each on-demand video workout has streamed music that myrow has matched to ensure you get the most out of your workout and maximize your fun.
No, the tablet draws power from your wall outlet and not from the PM5. Power supply to the PM5 will now come from the USB cable, so your batteries will stay charged. However, you should always leave the batteries in place on your PM5.
Yes, we provide you with the cable to connect your PM5 to the myrow tablet.
Although we have not done extensive testing, the myrow tablet will work with the PM4 or PM3. However, we cannot provide support for the myrow tablet if used with the PM4 or PM3 because neither of those devices has had firmware updates in many years and none are planned. You can purchase a PM5 from our website or directly from Concept2 - same price either way.
We offer a free one year warranty for the tablet and mounting arm (Patent Pending), covering all manufacturer's defects. This means that any damage caused by a user is not covered under the warranty. You can purchase a 3 year extended warranty (for a total of 4 years) for $144 when you place your order. For more information, please see our Terms of Service.
Yes, you can do this directly from the myrow app, and it will stay synchronized until you disable that feature. In fact, each individual profile that's created under one membership can sync separately with Online Logbook.
